The software Assistat makes variance analysis (ANOVA) and it classifies the averages for the Tukey Test, t Test, Duncan Test, Dunnet Test, Scott-Knott Test and SNK Test. It counts with regression in the variance analysis, correlation between variables, test of the coefficient of correlation, Cochran Test, Bartlett Test, Mann-Whitney Test, Kruskal-Wallis Test, normality tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk, Anderson-Darling, Cramer-von Mises and other) and test of series fit (for Kolmogorov-Smirnov method). It makes Principal Components Analysis (PCA), confounding in the Factorial Experiments 2×2x2, Polinomial Regression for the case of quantitative treatments in Factorial Experiments, Subdivided Parcels and Subsubdivided Parcels. It analyzes Factorial Experiments with additional treatments.

Ashita Project is a mammogram malignancy discernment program. Mammography is an imperfect art. Many times, a patient may be misdiagnosed by a physician due to human error, or inability, caused by the mammogram’s lack of detail and perhaps a lower quality image. Also, it is very common for doctors to mistake healthy, but dense breast tissue for cancerous material.

Ashita Project provides several tools that allows doctors to be able to differentiate between healthy and cancerous materials, and also allows them to find potential problem areas. The program provides two scanning modes, one manual, and one automatic. The manual scanning mode lets the doctor mouse over the mammogram image and outputs brightness values, risk levels, etc., to the user. The automatic scanning mode takes two coordinate inputs from the doctor, one of normal tissue, and one of irregular, to see if the irregular tissue is malignant or not.

Other small tools include a built in minimal text editor and a screenshot utility.

Dihydrogen Monoxide Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the highly reactive hydroxyl radical, a species shown to mutate DNA, denature proteins, disrupt cell membranes, and chemically alter critical neurotransmitters. The atomic components of DHMO are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol.

Should I be concerned about Dihydrogen Monoxide?

Yes, you should be concerned about DHMO! Although the U.S. Government and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) do not classify Dihydrogen Monoxide as a toxic or carcinogenic substance (as it does with better known chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and benzene), DHMO is a constituent of many known toxic substances, diseases and disease-causing agents, environmental hazards and can even be lethal to humans in quantities as small as a thimbleful.

Research conducted by award-winning U.S. scientist Nathan Zohner concluded that roughly 86 percent of the population supports a ban on dihydrogen monoxide. Although his results are preliminary, Zohner believes people need to pay closer attention to the information presented to them regarding Dihydrogen Monoxide. He adds that if more people knew the truth about DHMO then studies like the one he conducted would not be necessary.

What are some of the dangers associated with DHMO?
