Global Account Manager
Responsibilities
Work with identified list of key accounts
Leverage on National Account Managers
Provide a single point of contact in delivering consistency of service, support and commercial terms worldwide
Responsible for global / regional relationships
Responsible for global / regional account strategy and revenue targets
Responsible for global account planning opportunities
Develop and implement global strategic business plan
Work with product management team to develop product management strategies
Responsible for global and regional customer satisfaction
Responsible for global P&L for strategic customer accounts with value in annual revenue
Drive implementation of corporate strategies to ensure continued growth in revenue
Plan, organise, lead and control balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfaction
Nurture an extensive network of industry leaders, customers and prospects
Responsible for project management and strategic sales initiatives
Understand and evaluate customer opportunities for process improvements
