Assistant Program Manager
ESI International is seeking an additional Assistant Program Management staff to support our growth in Asia. Based in our Singapore office, this role involves managing the implementation of ESI’s performance improvement solutions with our clients. This is a junior role and the successful candidate will be involved at critical stages throughout the sales cycle, including: understanding client needs, data entry, engagement scheduling, managing logistics, allocating resources and generate status reports.
The position entails working closely with sales staff in Singapore as well as our other offices in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to ensure that the client’s needs are adequately met in support of revenue and profit targets.

DermaGenesis is a physician based Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness Center. DermaGenesis has been providing first class exclusive services to a niche market of clientele since year 2000 and is recognized as one of the pioneers in the country for aesthetic medicine. DermaGenesis Aesthetic Medical services includes Laser and IPL treatments for skin rejuvenation, Botox injections and dermal fillers for aging skin, facial recontouring and total make over, permanent hair removal, weight management and anti aging. All treatments are supervised by medical doctors.
All Staffs undergo a minimum of 2 months of training, during which time basic aesthetic medicine concepts and how to handle laser treatments will be taught. Upon successful completion of service Staff shall be awarded a certificate issued by the Medical Director of DermaGenesis.
DermaGenesis will expand its service to Kuala Lumpur (Menara Hap Seng, opposite Shangri La hotel) in December 2008. In view of our expansion we are seeking serious, matured and refined team players to join us.
Assistant Consultation & Sales Executive
Requirements:
Number of Candidates: 3 (Three) to operate at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P.Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur.
Female, age: 25 – 30.
Qualifications: Must have completed higher secondary and must possess a minimum diploma qualification. Must be familiar with basic computer usage and Office software.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sales related jobs from a reputable industry / company.
Others: Pleasant personality, excellent grooming and customer rapport, good command of English, matured and must be able to work on weekends and in shifts. Must be non smoker.
Must be able to work along in a team.
