The International Helmholtz Research School “Biophysics and Soft Matter” (BioSoft) offers positions for graduate students in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry (leading to a Ph.D. within 3 years) who will be employed at the Research Centre Juelich or at one of the cooperating universities in Koeln and Duesseldorf. The research school provides an intense training in Biophysics and Soft Matter, as well as soft skills. A comprehensive framework of experimental and theoretical tools that will enable Ph.D. students to gain deeper understanding into the structure, dynamics, and function of complex systems, in particular those related to living systems.
