OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Job Scope:
Provide admin and customer service support
Provide support to operations and sales department
Ordering transportation, preparing DOs, issuing invoices, answering phone call, ect.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ level/SPM
Good in Microsoft Office
Good communication & written skills in English & Mandarin
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Strong team player & willing to learn
Result-oriented & able to multi-task
Able to start work immediately or on short notice
