Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing and achieving sales targets and profitability through stock control, cataloguing, pricing policy, merchandise promotion and financial budget control.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing or a relevant discipline;
3 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising/product development;
Analytical, sound commercial acumen and strategic business sense;
Highly organized, assertive with strong negotiating skills, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines;

Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Coordinate marketing activities.
Organize marketing functions.
Involve in product launches and preparation of marketing plans.
Plan and manage business strategies.
Meet sales target, quotas and monitor budget achievement.
Develop consulting service/product according to market needs.
Collect and analyze information to assist in marketing.
Prepare forecast and setting budgets/targets.
Recruiting and training sales staff, coordinate activities of sales team, supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
Allocating areas to sales executives.
Liaising with other line managers, reporting back to senior managers.
Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling).
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services.
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
Salary ranking RM 3500 – RM 6000.
