Key Responsibilities
Provide Admin Support to the HR Manager and Executive
Assist HR Manager & Executive In The Review, Development and implementation of HR Policies, Plans, Processes and Programmes
Assist in Monthly Payroll, OT Claims and Medical bills & Claims
Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department in all HR function
Update and maintain employees' records
Administer employees' leave record & benefits
Recruitment
Maintenance of HR records
Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management (Fresh Grads Welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
Meticulous with analytical mind, Well Organized, matured individual with positive working attitude
