Responsibilities:
Assist Technical Superintendent in all technical related matters
Maintain a full record of all requisitions received from vessels or prepared in the office, coordinate with various suppliers and compare costs after quotations received.
Compile the committed cost figure and make entries in the relevant abstract
Filing of all technical papers received from vessels in their respective files
Track vessels’ positions and arrange timely and regular dispatch of stores/spares/crew mail to vessels
