Project Engineer (Security Installation)
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for supporting the project team in the design and implementation of Integrated Security Management Systems
Provide technical support for security and engineering programmes for system configuration, setup and programming
Develop and write project management documentation, e.g. system project plans
Lead a project team of engineers, manage suppliers and contractors and to tender specifications and various industry codes and BS/SS standards
In charge of project scheduling, on-site coordination, and ensure smooth installation and implementation

JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in structural and architectural works in building construction.
Duties include:
Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
