Due to our rapid growth in Singapore, we are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as: SITE SUPERVISOR – FOR STRUCTURAL / ARCHITECTURAL JOB SCOPE Responsible for executing the company projects in structural and architectural works in building construction. Duties include: Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely and smooth progress of works Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

Duties include: Review project specifications and technical clarifications Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Ensure timely and smooth progress of works Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
