To support its growth, the company is searching for a high potential and dynamic individual to fill the positions as : Engineering Superintendent This position is equal to Senior Management position and report to Satui Site Manager and based in Satui Mine Site. He/She will responsible to managing contractors, administer and coordinate the contractual aspect of the alliance contract with major mining contractors at Satui Mines, provide technical support where required with the aim of optimizing the implementation of the terms and conditions in the contract, administer the actual mining contract and providing interpretation to the Mine Manager on the issue relating specifically to the contract, provide advice and assistance to the Mine Manager as required. Specific Requirements: Min. S-1 degree in Mine Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university. Having Min. 8 years experiences in mining industries from multi national company. Knowledge and understanding of all coal mining production processes. Familiar with contract administration job especially FIDIC standard. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).
