Responsibilities:

Must possess basic experience in wine industry
Lead the sales team in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Development of sales channels through new and existing clients
Identify growth opportunities within the Asia Pacific region to ensure continued growth
Oversee all pre-sales activities including events, cold calling and seminars
Manage all customer relationships with sales team.
Organisation and monitoring of all administrative affairs within the Sales Office
Good organizational skills with excellent follow-up ability
Good with numbers and analysis
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated strong ability to work independently and as a team

Requirements:

You must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
Possess work experience within Asia Pacific.
Self motivated and results oriented.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
At least 10 years of sales experience with 6 years in a sales leadership role.
High commission base + cash incentives.
