Warehouse Section I/C (Receiving, Pick & Pack)

Requirements:

‘ITE’ or ‘O’ Level
Singapore Citizen or PR
Min 3 years experience in Warehouse Management System with ERP exposure
Experience in managing a team of 3 – 5 staffs
Import, Storage, Export and Local Distribution experience in an warehouse environment preferred
Literate in computer, barcode label printing, RF scanning and IT skills
Able to understand, communicate, read and write English/email corresponding
Physically fit and willing to take on multi-tasking role in the Warehouse Operations
Must be a dynamic and hardworking person and able to work under pressure and overtime as and when required
Able and licensed to operate 2T forklift an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all Warehouse Operational work are carried out efficiently and effectively and in accordance with ISO and “Best In Class” service standards as defined in Key Performance Indicators
Ensure Warehouse Health, Safety and Environment being observed and enforced
To work and a team of 2 -3 staff on receiving and repacking
Effective space utilization and
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of equipment and toolings
Co-ordinate with Purchasing/Sales/Shipping Department to ensure on time delivery and high customer satisfaction
