Video Production Manager Chin H Meen & Sons Limited

CHM Supersound is in need of a video production manager. The position will be in-charge of overseeing the video production team. The team currently produces content for cable channels, a free-to-air channel and TV programs that are syndicated in Brisbane – Australia, Port Vila – Vanuatu, and Honiara – Solomon Islands. The team also produces TV commercials for various business houses in PNG.

The position requires the following criteria:

Must have 5 years experienced with Avid Xpress / Media Composer
Must be familiar with TV Program, TV Commercial and music videos production and its workflow
Must have 5 years experience in directing
Must have experience in filming location shoots and studio shoots
Must have experience in writing scripts to produce corporate profile / writing scripts and story boards for documentary, music videos and slapstick comedies.
Must be capable in putting together DVDs
Must be able to train staff in filming and editing
Willing to travel to rural / remote areas in the country
Capable at managing staff and handling different cultures
Capable at meeting various deadlines / schedules
