The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited is seeking a self-driven individual who is highly motivated and committed to join the Disney ABC Television Group division in the following role.

Video Editor

You will be responsible for editing video and audio for media preparation and distribution purposes. You will maintain high quality control standards for both video and on the various foreign languages audio tracks for long-form programs. You will also prioritise projects and keep the deliveries on schedule while maintaining the creative energy to deliver high standard of work.

Requirements:

NITEC/Diploma certification in Media studies or production;
Possess 1 to 3 years of non-linear editing experience in a Final Working Cut Pro or Avid environment or Protools environment and/or working experience in a television media company
Good knowledge of video encoding formats, systems, and requirements, digital video post-production, encoding formats and standards
Proven proficiency in using Final Cut 5 Studio or other non-linear editing systems (including LiveType, Motion, Soundtrack Pro and DVD Studio Pro); proficiency in Adobe After Effects is an advantage
Proficient in Macintosh platform
Highly organized, able to multitask and work well under pressure
A good team player with good interpersonal skills
