TRAINING OFFICER

The ideal candidate should possess

• Female/Male 27-35 years old
• Bachelor degree from Psychology
• Min 2 years experiences in training section (preferably having experiences in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemist manufacturing company)
• Having experience to set up training need analysis, training module, training evaluation and training effectiveness
• Having Good communication skills and an excellent team work/team coordination.
• Attractive and independent; Self starter and energetic; High degree of integrity; Dedicated to the job
• Strong analytical skills and has a creative problem solving abilities
• Hard worker and target oriented person

he successful candidates will be located in Jababeka – Cikarang
