Training Coordinator Sales Support Itilics Pte Ltd

Itilics provides the IT industry with ITSM/ITIL training and consulting services as well as providing best of breed software solutions to organisations seeking to improve their Service Delivery capability. Due to our rapid expansion in the region, we are looking to further grow our team of experienced Sales Professionals in the Asia Pacific region. Training Coordinator Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell seats on public scheduled training courses to new and existing customers
  • Conduct telesales calls to existing customers for course bookings
  • Conduct telesales calls to prospects to introduce training and consulting services
  • Conduct telesales calls to arrange for meeting appointments for sales team
  • Effectively use telephone and written communications to execute the sales and marketing campaigns
  • Schedule training courses for public and onsite customers
  • Facilitates Customer Service
  • Contribute to the organisation’s business strategy
  • Support the sales programs and campaigns to target new business opportunities
  • Sell onsite training courses and consulting services to new and existing customers
  • Support the preparation of business proposals and respond to tenders
  • Support the Software Sales Team in developing sales opportunities
  • Manage and work with regional training partners to schedule for training classes
  • Build, manage and report on the sales pipeline for training and consulting services
  • Update and maintain customer database and CRM system

Knowledge and Skills

  • Understanding of training solutions and the training industry
  • Possess excellent tele-communication skills
  • Innovative, dynamic and matured with determination to succeed in sales
  • Customer focused
  • Well organised and a Team player
  • Patient and self motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Flexible and able to work independently
  • Enthusiastic about ITIL/ITSM

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of telesales experience, preferrably in Corporate Level Training and Consultancy services
  • Possess successful sales achievement track record
  • Experienced in selling training and consultancy services
  • Sales experience and a contacts database in the Asia Pacific region will be advantageous
