We produce and market strong brands such as Bir Bintang, Heineken, Guinness Stout, Bintang Zero, and Green Sands. Our Sales and Marketing offices operate in all major cities from Medan (North Sumatra) to Sorong (Papua).

To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for talented and energetic person to be our:

TPM Coordinator & Brewery Training Facilitator

Job Description:

Coordinate, organize and support execution for the implementation of TPM, according to the overall TPM 3 year Master Plan for the Plant, to achieve sustainable and continuous improvement.
Develop and create conditions (to be provided by the management) for execution of the overall TPM Project Plan such as: time, training, attention, communication.
Support the development of TPM training plan for the brewery based on TPM skill matrix.
Facilitate TPM team meetings and support team-members with their improvement actions.
Organize and execute training for team leaders and operators in production, based on need analysis.
Organize and execute measurement on the line; independently or in cooperation with TPM team members.
Organize and execute audits on the implementation of all TPM pillars, including audit reporting.
To prepare annual training plan, schedule and coordinate various training modules, conduct some modules, and evaluate all programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of various training programs and results.
Develop an annual training plan which is cost effective by collecting and analyzing training needs of individuals or groups and translate training needs into training objectives by discussing these with line managers to plan a yearly training.

Requirements:

Min. S1 graduate in Engineering / Management
Extensive knowledge in production process, engineering, total productive maintenance & quality system, and has a capability as a trainer
Minimum 3 years experiences in related environment
Good communication & leadership skills
Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)

Work Location : Sampang Agung, Mojokerto, East Java
