In line with our rapid regional growth, we seek qualified, experienced and motivated candidates to join our expanding design & tooling department.

TOOL-ROOM MANAGER (Based in Senai, Johor)

Responsibilities

Overall responsible for the quality and efficiency of the tool-room
Managing and lead a team of CNC programmers and machinists
Responsible for planning and managing tool-room schedules & activities
Plan and coordinate the work flow of tool-room
Ensure proper tooling, machine capacity and technical skills are in place
Creating and editing CNC programmes

Requirements

Professional Certificate in metal fabrication / tool & die / machining or equivalent
Prior experience in tool-room operations is required
Prior experience working with CNC equipment is required
Some CNC / CAM programming experience desired
Some experience in high speed machining is an advantage
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interest in learning and improving skills
Able to communicate in English
Able to work independently, resourceful, be proactive and be a good team player
