URGENTLY REQUIRED

A subsidiary of an integrated international group providing technological services to companies, public and local authorities. Employs 26,000 people and present in over 30 countries in France, Europe and other parts of the world, through a network of 200 agencies and over 1,200 offices are open for the post of:

TENDERING LEADER

Responsibilities:

Prepares tendering schedule, tendering report, tendering result analysis
Establish the tendering team and coordination with project department, engineering department and other concerned department
Ensures tender preparation full compliance with client requirements and company procedures including prepare tendering budget
Ensures commercial proposal comply with terms and conditions
Assist Project Manager in preparing price claims and change orders

Requirements:

Hold S1 Degree from Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Civil or Petroleum engineering background
Male/Female, max 45 years old
Having 6 years work experience in EPC company in tender / estimation / Proposal or Project Manager (having experience as Site Manager is preferred)
Having a knowledge in project activities, tender process and procedure
An excellence computer skill and good in English
Dynamic and strong interpersonal skill
