Tenancy Design & Coordination Executive (Contract)

We are looking for experienced and creative Executives to join our Retail Store Design and Tenancy Coordination unit on a 12-15 months’ contract. You will be part of the team to drive exciting retail store design initiatives and to develop Visual Merchandising Guidelines to assist tenants to display their products in an innovative and interesting way for our iconic ION Orchard Project.

In this role, you will conduct initiation meetings to orientate tenants to landlord’s requirements and building’s regulations, issuing and explaining all necessary documents relating to fitting-out and renovation to tenants. You will also be involved in coordinating design and M&E submission from tenants as well as reviewing and provide design solutions to ensure that tenancy designs, submitted by tenants, comply with landlord’s guidelines. You will ensure that all relevant fitting-out documents, renovation deposit and authority permits are submitted by tenants prior to site handover as well as coordinate site handover and attend to tenants on all site issues. Your responsibilities include conducting regular inspections of construction to ensure compliance and issue rectification lists to tenants on non-compliance to ensure all tenancy construction are completed on schedule for mall opening and in accordance to approved designs. You will also ensure submission of as-built drawings by tenants and refund of renovation deposit to tenants.
