Telemarketer (Contract)

Job Description

• Introduce and promote the Company’s products and services via telesales
• Responsible for managing and developing the existing and new database
• Responsible for deliverance of department goals set
• Enter clients’ information into company database system
• To provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of service and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least “A” Level/Pre-U in any field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this position
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient in Chinese language will be added advantage
• Applicants should be Singapore Citizens or hold Permanent Residency in Singapore
• Computer literate
• Able to cope well under pressure and a target driven person
• Must be goal oriented and a strong team player

Details of the Position

• Duration: Now till 31st March 2009 (about 2 months)
• Nature of position: Contractual
• Location: Central
• Working hours: 9AM – 6PM, weekdays
• Remuneration: Basic + Commission
