Megason Electronics & Control Ltd., was founded in 1965 as a sister company of the Magen Goldman plant. Megason integrates, installs and maintains sophisticated security systems and is especially active in the banking and governmental sectors, although several large customers have come from the diamond industry. We are now seeking for suitable and potential candidates to join us!

Technical Support Officer (TSO)

Location: East

Working Hour: 5.5 days

Job Description:

Assist Maintenance Manager to oversee all planned maintenance relating matters in our range of ISS system and equipments.
Perform technical support to maintenance team and the daily service to the ISS (Integrated Security System) for a government sector.
Understand customer needs and translate them into defined documentations.
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Pre-requisites:

Diploma/Degree with 2/3 years relevant experience in a project management & system service environment.
Ability to work under tight schedule / pressure, independent.
Quick Learner with good communication in English, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and possess excellent organizational skills.
