In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:

Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst

We are currently looking for resources to support for one of our clients. The opening positions will be as following:

Contract : 1 year extendable

Positions:

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (Application) – Banking Industry (TPM)

Requirements:

Graduated from reputable university with a degree of Information Technology / Computer Science / Technical background
Experience in Data warehouse / Business Intelligence Projects in Banking industry will be an advantage
Has minimum 2 years as Project Manager
Has good understanding and experience in project management knowledge areas: scope management, time management, cost management, resource management, and risk management.
Good experience in all aspects of SDLC, business analysis needs, process flows analysis, current state analysis, data gathering techniques, cases usage, and workshop facilitation
Strong leadership abilities. Has good managerial skill with minimum 3 years experience in Project Management
Has projects experience in tools like LBU, LHBU and Business Objects and similar tools
Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English

BANKING BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

Requirements:

Graduate Degree in any discipline
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in development projects in Banking Industry
Good Knowledge and experience skills in .NET Framework architecture, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET and SQL Server.
Has experience in banking regulatory report development would be a strong benefit
Has strong knowledge of banking business process
Good knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) documentations
Extensive knowledge of Requirement gathering and Analysis.
Good English, both in oral and written and also have high commitment to meet project target.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill
