For our branch office in Singapore we are currently looking to fill a vacancy in the following position:

Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to our worldwide customers in regards to RTD software and hardware related issues
Provide technical support for Equity and Derivatives Exchanges such as CME, CBOT, Nymex, ICE, LIFFE, Eurex, SGX, HKFE, SFE, ASX; TFX, TSE, TOCOM, OSE, NSE, NCDEX, MCX, DGCX and others
Provide technical support for our algorithmic trading tool RTD Tango
Provide technical support for our RTD Realtime Trading Desktop Solution.
Technical consultation of our remote offices in regards to the integration of our trading solutions to the existing infrastructures of banks, brokerages and proprietary trading firms and RTS data centres
Hard- and Software configuration and installation of routers operating systems, RTS software products and exchange software for the RTS testing and development environments and on customer sites
Quality management of Hard- and Software
Design and execute performance testing of RTS software on different operating systems and hardware
Analysis of hard- and software requirements
Technical product presentation for acquisition of new clients

Requirements:

Completed Computer Science or IT study or comparable IT experience
Complete understanding of Unix (Solaris, Redhat, Fedora, Suse, WindowsXP and Windows Vista)
Experience with networking, using Cisco Routers
As the main contact person for technical questions related to RTS software and hardware in use, to be able to cope well in and keep a general overview of hectic situations
Interest in and basic understanding of electronic exchanges, electronic trading and financial markets
Motivated team player
Good communicator
Self- Driven
Ability to work in a customer/service-orientated manner
Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore national or EP holder)
