TECHNICAL OFFICER (BUILDING)

You will be involved in (i) coordinating and producing design development drawings and statutory submissions, supervision of building and upgrading projects, review design and material specifications, carry out safety audit checks and ensure compliance of HDB safety requirements, or (ii) prepare plans for preliminary studies of land-use proposal; update plans and land records, data and other related planning information; model making, compiling and measuring of land use area for statistical planning purposes

You should possess a polytechnic diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture or equivalent qualification, be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and passion for service delivery.
