Technical Manager

Working location: Changi North

The Technical Manager (TM) must be capable of interviewing end-users, capturing user wants and needs and translating them into system requirements. This person must also be able to perform an analysis of the requirements and develop a conceptual system architecture.

Job Scope

Requirements gathering and specification
System Design
Traceability Matrix
Change Management
Configuration Management of change requests
Technical Risks Analysis

Qualifications

Degree in computer science or equivalent
Certification(s) in network, system or software domain

Requirements

Experience with UML
Experience with Requirements Management Systems (Doors, Requisite Pro)
More than 5 years experience in software development and infrastructure design
More than 5 years experience managing systems level implementation of large scale Command and Control Projects
A good command of spoken and written English
Able to work under pressure
Strong leadership abilities
Willing to travel (Mexico)
