Team Lead

This position is based in Kuala Lumpur and supervises a team of software developers. This team will support the corporate software development team in software development and enhancement activities for the whole organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Development software for enterprise level .Net applications.
Responsible for day to day monitoring of KL team members project progress.
Technical advising and mentoring of KL team members.
Primary contact for communication with corporate software development group and project management.

Education

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

Skill/Experience

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Individual must have implemented or developed C# project. Preferably in a lead role.
Individual must demonstrate an understanding of C# and Microsoft .Net managed environments.
Demonstrate ability to design and implement Windows Form and database driven applications.
Must be able to demonstrate above average ability in spoken and written English.
Able to demonstrate solid educational foundation in software and system design.
Able to lead, motivate, plan and organize a group of software developers.
Able to co-ordinate and work with diverse set of individuals.
Self motivated and driven.
Must be a team player.
Able to travel
