Due to rapid business growth, we are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resource Team in our Singapore office.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Synopsis of role
Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist HR & Training Manager in spear-heading the Recruitment & Selection activities in Sitel Singapore.

Principles Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment & selection cycle (for junior & middle-level positions)
  • Sourcing, screening & short-listing of qualified candidates
  • To drive all level of interviews & competency-assessment activities
  • Work with Hiring Managers on role profiling
  • Participate in drafting job description
  • Identify sources for qualified talent
  • Involve & assist HR & Training Manager in streamlining recruitment strategies & processes
  • Develop & enhancing interview questions & assessment
  • Tracking of application status
  • Generate monthly recruitment statistics

Essential Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or its equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years experience in recruitment & selection of junior & middle-level positions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Knowledge of contact centre industry will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in strict recruitment time-lime, target-driven & dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Able to work with people of various levels & backgrounds
  • Flexible, responsible & meticulous
  • Creative-thinking & initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office esp. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Good presentation skills

Language Requirement

  • Multi-lingual in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (for assessing candidates’ Mandarin & Cantonese proficiency during interviews)

Working Place/Working Hours

  • Tampines Central
  • Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
  • Flexible to work additional hours when required
