Systems Engineer (Bangalore-India)

Job Location: Bangalore – India

Job Description:

Working system engineering role
24×7 support ( case by case basis )
Preventive system monitoring health checked ( quarterly basis )
Be helpdesk in software BusinessObjects XI R2 support to Toyota
Analysis and evaluation of client business requirements
Implementations, after sales service & support for the integrated solutions provided to customers
Technical assistance (of implementation plans, preparation of tenders etc.), to enhance sales opportunity
Training of customers’ users when needed
Documenting a summarize on going processes, troubleshooting information, problems and their resolutions then timely reports to head headquarter

Qualification:

Must possess legal rights to work in India
Male 28-40 years old
BSc degree in a computer related field
Ability to communicate clearly is a must
Experience with installing application on Unix System
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing and/or supporting IT software solutions
Experience with networking Infrastructure (Network (LAN/WAN) Administration etc.) would be considered as a strong advantage
Experience with Java Web Application development as an advantage
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Be a proactive team leader in problem solving
Self starter/self driven – able to prioritize and deliver solution on time
English & Hindi (Fluent in speaking and writing)
Thai (Advantage)
Reside within 50 km from PLOT 1, Bidadi industrial area , Ramanagar taluk , Bangalore , India
Able to work in the factory environment
