IP-Tribe (Private) Limited is a newly start-up Telecom Solutions System Integrator and Value-Added Reseller. We are currently seeking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team – responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process.
Provide after sales support, for any arranged installation, which come from sales.
Communicate with the Sales Personnel to assist him to conclude deals.
Ownership of and prompt responses to RFP/RFI documents.
Responsible for Project Reviews, including:
o Technical analysis of customer requirements.
o Technical negotiations with customers
o Creating configurations / quotes for customers
o Preparation and sign off of technical proposals for customers.
Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals
Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working along with Sales Personnel both in-house and on-site, providing all support for achieving success in sales.
Traveling may be required.

Work Experience:

A degree in a technical discipline or with three years industry experience in telecommunications / call center technology
Knowledge in the following areas is desirable; VoIP, PBX/ACD, WEB/Internet, Database Knowledge, computer H/W & networking.
Previous Pre-Sales experience an asset.

Above average presentation and demo capabilities
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Independent and self-motivated.
