In view of expansion, we are now seeking suitably qualified individual to fill the following position to be based in SINGAPORE :

Systems Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Systems Engineer is primarily responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level support to the Customers Company’s network/sites as well as mentoring Associate Systems Engineers.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND COVERAGE

Provide 2nd / 3rd level support to DOCOMO interTouch’s sites, including laptop connectivity issues
Provide installation support and enhancement of interTouch’s sites
Handle support calls with minimal delay
Minimise customer downtime
Maintain Support database with up-to-date information of a ticket with description and “closed” or “open”
Test and roll out new Internet based applications for the sites
Perform upgrades and apply patches to Operational Systems where appropriate
Provide in-depth technical and application knowledge to the customer including on site support
Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required
Interface with various departments such as Account Management, Sales & Marketing, GOC team and Sales Operations.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICAIONS & COMPETENCIES:

Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering / IT with 5 or more year’s experience; telecommunication or hospitality industry.
Minimum 1-2 years technical support experience in Broadband and Mobile or IP Telephony, ideally gained in the hospitality industry.
Preferably have Master Antenna Television (MATV) and CCNA certified
Good communication and interpersonal, customer service, time management and decision making skills.
Fluent in English
Able to work together and as a team
Able to work on rotating shifts
