TransTel Engineering (Singapore), a major telecommunication systems integrator providing turnkey telecommunication solutions to the international Oil and Gas industry, invites application for the below immediate position.
Systems Design Engineer (Proposal)
Responsibilities
- Previous experience in telecommunication specialties would be advantageous example:
- Ø Radio Communications
- Ø Telephone PABX
- Ø CCTV Systems
- Ø Datacoms & Computer Networks
- Ø Microwave & Satellite Systems
- Ø Mobile Telephone Networks
- Review the tender requirements and compose comprehensive and detailed proposals for telecommunication projects
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Manage and co-ordinate the project tendering and bidding process
- Request quotations from suppliers
- Participate in Supplier Evaluation at tender stage
Requirements
- Bsc (Engineering) or B. Eng in Electrical & Telecommunications
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Able to produce high quality English text
- Willing to travel overseas if required
- Able to work as a team
