Systems Consultant (Windows Management)

The Systems Consultant is to provide technical solutions direct to our customers and business partners in the area of Microsoft Server Infrastructure. In particular, the Systems Consultant’s key mission is to work with Account Managers to serve key customers with mission critical system running on Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with sales and partners to provide technical expertise and assistance within sales opportunities
Assist Account Managers to identify customer requirements and to participate with discussions of Quest’s value propositions
Conduct demonstrations and product walkthrough to customers
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and partners
Conduct product training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners
Service delivery as and when required
Research and disseminate information to the sales team with respect to the solutions Quest provides and the markets Quest operates in.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or appropriate technical qualification
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably in pre-sales role
Excellent presentation, business, analytical and problem solving skills as well as a team player
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute procurement activities: RFP responses, trial executions, installation and tuning
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server Infrastructure such as Active Directory, Messaging / Exchange (NT4, NDS and Notes an advantage), SharePoint, Identity Management
Experience with Notes, Exchange, Active Directory or SharePoint migration projects would be advantageous
Must have energy, drive, commitment & passion.
Possess good written and spoken English
