System Analyst AXIS GLOBAL INTEGRASI, PT

PT. AXIS GLOBAL INTEGRASI, a subsidiary company of PANCA BUDI GROUP, is a fast-growing Software Vendor and System Integrator in Indonesia. We provide the best integrated and comprehensive Business Applications, which includes Asset Management System, Financial Accounting System, Production & Manufacturing System, Human Resource & Payroll System, Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence, etc.

Currently we are looking for professionals and qualified people for the position below:

System Analyst

General Requirement :

Male or Female
Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Informatics/Engineering or Accounting from reputable University
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented
Self-motivated, self-starter, strategically & tactically thinking, and self-driven person
Independent and quick learner, hard-worker and a good team player
Thrive in an extremely fast paced environment
Good communication in English (written and spoken)

Specific Requirement :

Minimum 1-2 years working experience as System Analyst in full software development projects for Manufacturing industries
Strong knowledge and skill to specify and analyze business requirements and business process
Strong knowledge and skill in modeling language (DFD, Use Case, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, etc.)
Deep understanding in one of modeling tool (experience in Rational Rose would be an advantage)
Proficient in database concept and design (database design, database normalization, etc.)
Have in-depth knowledge in ERP system concept
Have in-depth knowledge in Accounting & Finance
Have good knowledge and experience in Java (J2EE) technology environment
Have good knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Have good communication skill and analytical problem solving skill
Able to lead team
