Currently, we are offering you exciting career opportunities in the following new position.

Supply Chain Oracle Support

Reporting to both the Regional Supply Chain and Distribution Managers, this position is responsible to support inventory management in ORACLE system. Incumbent is required to work closely with Operations, Finance and Sales personnel and Country and Area Material Coordinators.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor timeliness and accuracy of inventory movement (in ORACLE system
Liaise with Finance and Operations to analyze movement/costing transactions and support accounting month end closing.
Ability to run and analyze data/reports for Supply Chain bench-marking
Conduct physical counts and follow up on reconciling
Oracle Champion User for Operations yearly physical inventory Audit

Pre-requisites:

Candidates must have at least a Degree in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent.
Minimum 5 years prior working experience in Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Warehouse & Logistic Work Process)
Good analytical skills couple with good Microsoft office skills (Excel/PIVOT Table etc)
Knowledge in ERP ORACLE/SAP are required
Working experience in Cost Accounting (Inventory responsibility) and Inventory Auditing will be added advantage.
