Currently the fastest growing gourmet food store in Australia and is rapidly throughout Asia including Dempsey Hill Singapore. Supervisors/ Service Crew

Job scope:

• Supervise daily operations, training and discipline of other staff members
• Understand all the food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service techniques
• Anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability
• Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests
• Maintain a daily log for communication between restaurant staff and upper management.
• Attend the weekly management meeting and contribute to the overall management of the store
• Provide excellent customer service, including order taking, billing, clearing and resetting of tables
• Assist in the daily operations of both the grocery store and restaurant
• Able to follow service procedures and up selling techniques
• Able to operate a point of sales system
• Able to work and be a part of a dynamic team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality industry
• Held a leadership role such as Team leader, Head Waiter, Senior Waiter
• Motivated, Energetic and Outgoing personality
• Proficiency in English
• Computer skills and point of sales system knowledge
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to work over the weekend
• A Diploma/ Certificate in Hospitality is a plus
