Store Room Supervisor

POSITION SYNOPSIS

Reporting to Logistic and Facilities Manager, this challenging and exciting position will be accountable in assisting administration functions and actively support the implementation of Logistic & Facilities activities. Responsibilities include monitoring stock holdings and intercompany transfer of fuel, materials and assets, understanding of stock management and inventory management system, understanding of SAP Material Management.

To be considered for this position, the minimum requirements are university or diploma degree or certificate in Economy or similar discipline with at least 3 years experience in various positions within construction/mining industries. Ability to work in a team, good communication and writing skill in Bahasa and English. Capable of operating MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Willing to learn and high motivation. Ability to make decisions under pressure, perseverance to achieve goals and innovation are also considered important.
