Sr Executives/Executives (Learning & Development) EDC@ASME Pte Ltd

EDC@ASME – a holistic advisory centre for aspiring entrepreneurs and current small & medium business owners where they can gain immediate access to a wide range of expert business consultancy products and services along with information on government assistance schemes/grants/programs.

To fuel our expansion, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as:

Sr Executives/Executives (Learning & Development)

Job Role:

Handle the full spectrum of training admin portion of WSQ programmes/in-centre programs/in-house programs/seminars/conferences
Generate and update various training reports
Work with internal and external parties on all training admin matters
Handle enquiries from customers
Application of grants
Prepare training schedule, course materials, logistics and room set-up
Any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Management / or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience
Those with lesser work experience will be considered for the junior position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work independently and be a team player as well and willing to learn
Possess positive work attitude and is able to work under pressure. Able to meet deadlines
Customer service oriented
