SMT Engineer / SNR. Engineer (SE) – PT. PCI ELEKTRONIK INTERNATIONAL

PT. PCI ELEKTRONIK INTERNATIONAL, we are looking for urgently required the following post as below:

SMT Engineer / SNR. Engineer (SE)

Requirements:

Male / Female above 25 years old
Degree / S1 in Engineering
Experience in SMT Machines such as YAMAHA or any modular machine
Experience in SMT Process and able to generate work introduction and loading list
Experience on BOA Concept and repair

Job Description:

Repair and maintenance all SMT equipment including BGA repair station
Generate work instruction and generate loading UST for all new product and transfer
Work closely to NPI and production for anyimprovement on the product
Knowledge of SMT YAMAHA machines repair /program
Knowledge of computer
