SMT Engineer

Requirements:

• Male / Female above 25 years old.
• Degree / S1 in Engineering.
• Experience in SMT Machines such as YAMAHA or any modular machine.
• Experience in SMT Process and Able to generate work introduction and loading list.
• Experience on BOA Concept and repair.

Job Description:

• Repair and maintenance all SMT equipment including BGA repair station.
• Generate work instruction and generate loading UST for all new product and transfer.
• Work closely to NPI and production for any improvement on the product.
• Knowledge of SMT YAMAHA machines repair / program.
• Knowledge of computer.
