We are a young and dynamic venture company with C&P Holdings Pte Ltd specializing in providing 3rd Party Logistics Service to Multinational Corporations in FMCG industry.

Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Supervise day to day operation at Customer’s project site which covers but not limited to export container stuffing, import container un-stuffing, warehouse transfer and local delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure enough manpower allocation for day to day activity and optimize resources.
Coordinate with customer warehouse supervisors/storekeepers on the daily activities and priorities to ensure targets are being met.
Supervise workers to ensure daily plan and targets are meet accordingly.
Liaise with hauler on timely trucking in of export and import containers for the daily activities.
Work closely with shifting driver to ensure movements of containers for day to day activity are on time and in a minimum level.
Plan with shifting driver for parking, bay allocation and container flow strategy inside BAT.
Ensure on time and accurate Finished Goods and WMS warehouse transfer, export stuffing, and import un-stuffing.
Ensure on time and accurate local delivery to IDS and SUTL.
Prepare daily report such as output for export stuffing, import un-stuffing, warehouse transfer and local delivery.
Coordinate with BAT warehouse supervisors to ensure record pass and release note for export bonded goods (FG and Tobacco) is submitted to guard house on a timely manner.
Prepare and submit to accounting on a timely basis all necessary documentation for billing of warehouse transfer, local delivery, disposals and special jobs (i.e., manpower request).
Ensure day to day alignment to targets and drive all personnel to meet KPI.
Supports and implements J.Logistics Environmental Health System (EHS) programs with respect to job.
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by immediate Superiors.

Requirements:

At least 2 years work experience in Logistics or Shipping industry
At least Diploma in Business or Supply Chain
Must know how to use MS Office Applications, Computer literacy, Communication skills (verbal and written mode), Interpersonal relations
