Due to our rapid growth in Singapore. Our subsidiary, YTL Singapore Pte Ltd, are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as:

SITE SUPERVISOR – FOR STRUCTURAL / ARCHITECTURAL

Job Description:

Responsible for executing the company projects in structural and architectural works in building construction.

Duties include:

Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise structural / architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

Job Requirements:

NTC / Diploma
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervision of structural / architectural works in building construction
Able to use of computer would be an advantage
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
