Shipping Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Handle strategic controlled items’ import/export/local license application with customers, internal customers as well as outside party that includes the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department
Tackle license application issue and expedite license processing time with the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department
License filing and dealing with license checking enquiry from the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department
Communicate with 3PL business unit team members and customers for license application issues including updating license application status reports
Support 3PL operations on both shipping operations and customer services operation requirement

Requirement:

Form 5 or above
Certificate in shipping or other related fields are preferred
2+ years relevant experience
Computer literacy (Practical in MS office)
Must have experience in strategic controlled items’ import/export/local license application
