We are listed company looking for highly dynamic and dedicated professionals to fill up the following position.

SHIPPING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and handle all import and export shipping documentation
• Monitoring shipment status, coordinate with suppliers, agents and customers
• Report for on-time-delivery of shipment documents
• Other shipping administration duties

Requirement :

• Min 1-2 years’ experience in the related fields
• Competent in using Tradenet system
• Effectively bilingual
• Singaporean/ SPR and Malaysian are welcome
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• Company Transport provide from BoonLay, Lakeside, Jurong East & Clementi MRT Sations
• 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday Off)
