We are a trading company dealing in commodities. Due to rapid growth of our trading operations we are looking for experienced shipping & accounts assistant.

Shipping Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Arrange export / import shipments from or to overseas
• Prepare invoices, packing lists and draft bill of lading or airway bills
• Prepare export LC documents for negotiation and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC
• Liaise with warehouse , customers, carriers and forwarders to ensure smooth flow of shipments
• Keep suppliers and customers accounts updated

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline with 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English: writing & spoken
• Understand and able to prepare documents based on LC requirements
• Able to work independent with positive attitude

Work location : Lower Delta Rd
Salary : Negotiable
