Service Assurance Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage mobile content in various platforms
• Test and prepare reports of new handsets for the Value-Added Services
• Perform routine health check and follow up trouble shooting cases of Value-Added Services

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with at least 1 year’s experience in Telecom field
• Hands-on experience of PC operation, with knowledge in multi-media software preferred
• Interested in new technology products, enthusiastic and able to work independently
