Service Assistant (Ticket Inspector)

Responsibilities:

• Travel on our bus along our service routes to perform fare enforcement on commuters.
• Perform checks on bus quality and Service Leader (Bus Driver) behavior.
• Provide customer service and relevant information to commuters and Service Leaders at bus stops.
• Perform 2 shift duties, 6 days per week.

Requirements:

• Able to converse in basic English
• Secondary level education
• Retirees who are physically fit are welcome to apply.
• Only Singaporeans and PR need apply.
