Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in your assigned market to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the hotel’s business objectives. In this role, you need to maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up.
You should have a track record of at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry with a Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Marketing. You need to be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements. You will possess superior negotiation skills and a Will-to-Win mindset. Knowledge of Fidelio and Delphi Systems would be added advantage.
