Yau Lee Construction (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a newly established construction company with the full support of its parent company. Yau Lee Holdings Ltd. (“the Group”), which is publicly listed in Hong Kong since 1991.

As a core subsidiary of the Group Yau Lee Construction Co. Ltd. found in 1958, is prominent in building construction, fitting-outs, maintenance, renovation, design and build of building projects. The Company has been the main contractor for a large number of contracts for various private developers and government institutions.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

Evaluate tenders/cost, manage contracts and advise project team on contractual matters.
Handling progress claims and progress payment. You will need to liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors and architects on certification of claims for payment.
Assist in evaluating quotations sourced and recommend the appointment of suppliers and sub-contractors.
Assist in finalizing project accounts within stipulated time frame as well as maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma in related discipline
Minimum of 5 years working experience
Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
Speaks English and Cantonese
Work Site (Mon – Sat) at Marina Bay Sands
